Can i get my child support increased now that my ex is back with his ex whom he was paying child support too and no longer does?

Hello,

If the child support for your child was calculated after your ex's previous child support order was deducted from his income, then your child support would increase if he no longer has that child support obligation and both his and your incomes have remained the same. The child support guidelines changed in 2009, so it would also depend how old your previous order was.
