child support
I have two kids and we live in massachussets ,the father makes 700 before taxes.The child sopprt is 150$ every week.he also pays health insurance for both kids.He refused to pick kids on scheduled day by the court.Can i go back to court and ask chid support modification?And i dont the judge to think am money hungry?

You always have a right to seek modification if there has been a material change in circumstances since the entry of the prior order (e.g., father's income has gone up). You also have a right to a review every three (3) years under the Guidelines effective January 1, 2009. However, missing or refusing to take visitation is not a basis for changing child support. The Courts do not link the exercise of visitation with child support.

If I understand the question correctly, the father is not picking up the kids for visitation at the scheduled times. That unfortunately has nothing to do with child support and therefor you cannot modify any child support amounts.
You can however, go in and ask the court for a modification of the visitation schedule.
