You may have jurisdictional problem. But if you have the evidence, file with the probate and family court.

Re: child /child support

If the child lives there, and has lived there for over six (6) months by court order or with your consent, the case is there. You should engage a lawyer in the UK.

Re: child /child support

First, where were you divorced?

If MA and your husband was allowed to move to the UK with your son, did the MA court retain jurisdiction?

If your son is still in the UK and has been there for more than 6 months and the MA court did not retain jurisdiction, then you need a UK attorney.

If you were divorced in the UK, you should get a UK attorney and go back to court there.

Good Luck
