Child support in MA

In Massachusetts as well as other states, the rule is that support can be continued until the child is 23, and if the child is and has been attending school full-time.

The child's earnings are not factored.

At the same time, if the child support order has remained the same for 15 years, it has not factored or accounted for any increases in earnings on either side.
