If I am married to someone other than the father of my child, can I still collect child support from the father?

Re: child support?
Assuming that paternity is established, then you can seek relief in court, including child support.

Re: child support
Child support relates to the parents of the child not to their marital status. So remarriage or marriage to another person, does not relieve the child's father of paying child support in and of itself.
