Can my ex take me for a modification of child support becouse her income has changed due to a new child by another?

You are not the father of the second child, so your child support should not change. However, she cannot be ordered to work outside the hone while she has a child is under age six.

The court house door is always open. The person seeking modification needs to show a material change of circumstances. If you are saying her income decreased because of the rearing of another child, this is a factor. But other factors must also be considered.
