child support modification

If child support is to be modified what state when the kids live in one over 6 mo and the non custodial parent lives in the state of the original order.

Under these facts, child support remains in the state of the original order. In addition, as a practical matter, the original state is a better place to obtain information on husband's income. The issues of care, custody, and visitation are governed by the state in which the children reside.
