Child Support Modification and Perjured Information given by other party
How can I obtain information to prove that my sons mother perjured herself on her financial statement and therefore the child support award was based on erroneous and perjured information.
She did not include various items of income she receives. Is it possible for me to:
- obtain a copy of her income tax form from 1999, 1998.
- Prove the amount of Net Rental Income she receives from an Income producing property she owns. This income is required to be included on her statement according to the Mass. Child Support Guidelines but did not include it. (Both apartments are rented to tenants who receive Section 8 subsidy so proof of the rental amount could be obtained from this office)
- how to prove she has two income contributing roomates living in her primary residence (not family memers)
- how do I charge her with perjury
