Child support

If I move in with my boyfriend or marry him can ex-wife go after my money for child support

No your income is not directly taken into account for his child support. However, to the extent you contribute to his support it may have an impact on his income for calculating child support, but as a general rule the answer is no.

Moreover, if you marry and have another child that child's needs have to be taken into consideration in any request for modification.

If you do move in with your boyfriend, it may be wise to have an agreement as to who is responsible for what and if you purchase a property prior to getting married have a written agreement.
