child support

am i obligated to pay when the child is not living with the custodial parent such as when she is at summer camp for two months? mom does not pay for camp

The simple answer is no. Unless you can demonstrate a compelling reason to the court, the fact the child is at camp does not negate the need for child support payments.

Your child support responsibility does not end -- or in your question temporarily suspend -- because the child is not, as you say, with the custodial parent. The child still needs support.

Generally, being away at college or away for summer vacation does not negate child support obligations.
