child support

i am orderd to pay child support.my child does not want anything to do with me.and her mother doesnt want her to have anything to do with me.they also want to change her last name.i am also making less money than when the support was awarded.i am an alcoholic of 12 yrs,my daughter is now thirteen,i have been sober now for 2yrs in march.any attempt i make at visting with my daughter goes wrong.should i just face the facts and give up my biological rights?and will i still have to pay support if i do that?

As to the child support, you could have an action to change it if the reduction was not under your control.

Short of an adoption, it is hard to give up your biological rights or responsibilities. This is an area that should be discussed with an attorney.
