child support reduction/elimination
If either or both og the children are not attending school full time, you should file, tomorrow, a complaint for modification of the judgment. In the complaint, available in all probate courts, you need to ask for a reduction or elimination of child support. Then you should also file a motion for temporary orders, seeking the reduction or elimination of such support.

Re: child support reduction
Most child support orders are not "per child" orders. Therefore, if one child emancipates, te order may not be affected. You may want to try to calculate child support according to the child support guidelines based on current gross incomes and current figures to determine whether the order is effected before you go running off to court.
