Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Child Support
I have a trail coming up regarding a law suit for child support. I do have an attorney that is working my case. My questions is, do I have to appear?

Yes you do, and I am sure your attorney and the court would appreciate your appearance to demonstrate that you care.

Unless the court allows you not to appear for some reason, parties are expected to appear for trials. Failure to appear will only work to your disadvantage.
