Child support
I'm not working right now...Its been a mo. Since i've worked. I filed for support,and he owes 2 years of child support,and he works,but also i have a restraining order against him.How will this play out?I live in boston ma.

The court will help you negotiate without direct contact, or will make a decision after a hearing. You will be paid through DOR/CSE. The arrearage will also be addressed by partial payments.

This is an action for contempt where in the court can take any number of actions depending on the facts.

Restraining order has nothing to do with paying child support. The court will order MDOR to collect payments both current and past.
