Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

child support/medical expenses

In my divorce agreement it states all non covered medical expenses will be splint by both husband and wife (of child) does this include co-pays? I collected them from the year and splint them in half.I would asume so. My ex husband is fighting me on this one, saying he won't pay them.

Re: child support/medical expenses

If your agreement states all non-covered medical expenses, that should cover co-pays. If he continues to resist file a complaint for contempt and have the judge spell it out for him. Sincerely, Maria Murber
