Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Child visitation modification

I'm a friend of a mom with a 5 year old girl. Mom and Dad were never married. She has had physical custody. He had vistation 2 days a week for 2 years. Now hes taking her to court because he wants more. A lot of he said she said. He says he's wonderful she says he's a chameleon, and a liar.

Are there any cases she can site to leave vistation as it is?

Child visitation modification

No.

Your thoughts are in the correct direction, but the direction is wrong.

What you are describing is a factual matter wherein the judge hearing these must decide.

What she should be doing is getting direct and indirect facts and information to support her position, and to undermine the position of the father.

If this is not done, it is a credibility contest.
