Retain an attorney to discuss filing for court ordered support, custody and visitation rights. Good Luck!

Re: child

If you have visitation rights currently, she must file for a modification to stop visitation. Unless something significant has changed, the judge will not grant the modification.

Re: child

If you have court-ordered visitation and there is nothing inappropriate about the future wife, mother will be in contempt. A pre-emptive modification filing may also be possible, but this would require a further discussion. If you do not have court-ordered visitation, you should file for same.
