If 2 people are divorced for 6 years now and the youngest child is 11 and the father knows he is not the father and the child knows he is not the father yet he signed the birth certifcate and the real father is deceased does the child still have to go on visitatiosn if he does not want to? Why does he have to be forced? Can anything be done?

Are you saying that pure genetics makes fatherhood?

Are you saying that a man decent enough to be a father

despite the genetic reality you somehow presented should not be allowed to continue to love the child?

Are you going to insist on continued child support?

Who is saying or doing what to the child? How does YOUR attitude affect this relationship?

Frankly, I question what the whole problem is here. What can and should be done is that the child should have a counselor, and both you and the father should take turns in going with the child. The counselor, with any luck, can then get to the bottom of the problem. You AND the FATHER of the child (as a matter of law and fact) are down there somewhere together, and you BOTH owe it to the child to help him or her.
