Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Children's Rights

My brother passed away 4 years ago, leaving a car to two of his grandchildren, ages 2 an 1 at the time. There was a will. The children's mother is the executrix. I believe the car has been sold, but the proceeds have not gone to the children. Is there anything I can do?

Re: Children's Rights

if the car has a substantial value, was the will probated?

If yes, you can seek the court's involvement;

If not, should the will have benn probated?

Was the car sold before she died?

There could also independent action in the behalf of the children & they may also be a criminal action;

why did you wait so long?
