Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Childs right

Ex-husband does not pay child support, because he was on SSI, I had agree that as long as that was only sourse of income, I would not get support. This was 4yrs ago. Since then he has been working, and has bought a Towing company, as a silent partner, so he does not have to pay support. He has also remarried, he is in the process of buying a building to move his company & build a apartment on top of the company. I know this to be true as my 14yr old has told me of this. Is there any thing I can do So that my son can recive support. I have been told to let it be, as I have provided this long without it. I just want him to pay, because he brags how he does not pay.

Re: Childs right

You should take your custody order to the Social Security Administration and have them pay you the dependent's benefits for your child. Other than that, you should talk to a private attorney about how you can prove your allegations in court.
