Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

If a child's parent had a capias. Do they still get to have visitation? Or does the primary custodial parent get to say no until the capias is settled?

A capias is a civil arrest warrant. It does not allow the custodial parent to stop visitation. However, the custodial parent can have a constable ready to arrest the parent when they show up for visitation.
