It depends on what was agreed upon in your Separation Agreement during divorce. If you do not have a separation agreement or if the court never decided this issue - child support can last until he child reaches the age of 23.

If it is not specified in a separation agreement and/or the divorce judgment otherwise, child support can be terminated when the child is emancipated, either at age 18, or if enrolled in as a full time student,and still dependent upon the custodial parent, it can continue up to age 23.
