claimant on taxes

my sister has full custody of her 1 yr old the father is only alllowed visitation for 2hrs a week and doesnt pay child support and she filed her taxes and it got denied because he try to claim the baby what can my sister do?

Your sister should retain an attorney to file a complaint in the probate court either for child support or a modification or contempt, as appropriate, and get an enforcible order for child support and for the right to claim the tax exemption, a copy of which can then be sent to the IRS to support her claim for the exemption.
