Claims against an estate
My mom filed a 60(b) motion against my father after their divorce and after he passed away. The court threw it out since it should have been filed against his estate. If more than one year has passed since the divorce is there any way the court will allow her to now file against the estate? I thought all parties had only one year to file? Are there any exceptions?

I suspect that there is no further relief available to your mother at this time.
