How can I collect my child support?

My ex moved to MD and changes jobs to avoid wage assignment. I have a capias here, but he never comes here.He owes almost $8000 in child support and now he wants our daughters for a month this summer.I filed a UIFSA 3 months ago, but nothing has been done on it yet.I cant afford a lawyer, but I need the child support paid.DOR/CSE says they have done everything they can. NOW WHAT?

Get him to Mass to get his daughters & then have him picked up on the capias!!!
