college application

Is my son's father responsible

for payments concerning college? Do I have to provide any info regarding my husbands info on his applications?

This questions needs more information to fully answer it, however the short answer is yes the father would have to contribute to some portion of the child's college education. What amount would be determined by the court through the judgments filed with the court, the amount he pays in child support, the parties respective income. For financial aid purposes you would need to disclose your husband's income if you claim that the child is still dependent on you, but you are able to articulate how his income does not apply as he is not the father.
