Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

College Tuition/Non Custodial parent

I am responsible for a portion of my son's tuition yet i am not the custodial parent. Because of this i have no control over the custodial parent not completeing the proper financial aid forms on time as well as forwarding me the results in a timely manner.

Please Advise

You need to get the matter into court via modification or contempt and get her ordered to comply, and as quickly as possible. You should get an attorney's help to move this along.
