How can I get a complete copy of my divorce agreement from a mass court back in 1993? I am concerned with the QDRO section

You can go into the family and probate court where your divorce was entered and look up your file where all pleadings and documents that were filed will be in including your separation agreement/divorce judgment.

If you have further questions, or would like a free consultation with regards to your QDRO you can contact me at 617-523-3200 or via email.

Thank you,

You go to the Probate Court where you were divorced and order the file to review. In the file should be a copy of the separation agreement. You can make a copy for $1 per page. You might want to call in advance and see if you need to order it in advance as some files may be in storage.

Good Luck.
