Compliance with court order

My daughters paternal grandparents were granted visitation following my husband's death. We reached an agreement when we went to pretrial. They are not complying with several stipulations set forth in the agreement. What are my options to enforce compliance?

What are the stipulations? Assuming they are ordinary people, what could the grandparents have done for you to want to

start court action? Isn't it enough they suffered the death of a son? Need they lose their granddaughter, too???!!!
