Why, in a complint to establish paternity and be awarded custody, would one judge have have adjudicated the fathher's paternity and conducted the trial and awarded custody, but another Judge have filed "the findings of facts," signed the same date as the other judge? The second judge had nothng to do with the case?

It may be because the judge that determined paternity has since retired or the case was otherwise transferred to a new judge.
