Hi to whom it may concern :

i was a orphan by my father who passed in the 1980 for a long time they sent me social security benefits but for almost 2 years due to being place in my grandmothers custody i stop getting death benefits my question if the social security deparment owes me old death benefits for 13 years could i still claim it
