Constant Cancel or no shows

If the non custodial parent cancels at least half of all the visitations can a modification be done? examples that parent cancels every week 1 of the 2 days sometimes both and cancels hlaf of the every other weekend. Can it be then 1 day a week and every other Saturday to what that parent is doing anyhow. I know you cna not force a parent to take the child for viisitations but can it be modifed now?

You can go to court to seek a modification. However, don't expect to stop all visitation. Perhaps you would be better requing him to call 48 hours in advance to confirm that he will visit or he won't be able to visit on that day.
