contemp of court degree order

on 7-10-95 i received a divore from probate cout. the divorce order my ex-spouce to send me 2,000 per year for 5 years, the last payment was due 7-1-99 and now he is in contemp of court.i am on disability social security and do not have funds to pay an attorney any more money to have him sever with contemp . also he lives in trout run pennsylvina. i paid my fomer lawyer their fee to write this degree up which he and i both signed, why do i have to pay my fomer attorney anymore money to honor this degree where he is in comptem

of court. Is their any other option i can take

You can contact the Department of Revenue. They will assist you in collecting support across state lines. Furthermore, their services are free.
