Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

contempt

In my divorce agreement, it stated that half my ex's profit sharing be given to me, whatever it was worth that day. However, the papers were written as 401k, because of this my ex has taken all the money. Can he legally do this because of this technicality that a lawyer never fixed & the left her firm? Do I have any chance or way of getting any of this money that was rightfully mine?

Re: contempt

What is the focus is what the initial court order said. If your lawyer acting wrongfully, ask him to fix the matter, or consult another attorney.
