contempt order

a friend of mine was in court today and the ex husband was a no show the judge issued a warrant for his arrest for not showing up in court. What is the process?

A capias is going to be provided/mailed to her that she can have served on him by a sheriff.

If it is a CAPIAS (a warrant is different), the capias will be issued and sent to the party or her attorney (DOR if they are handling it for the woman). "Service" is made by a sheriff or constable, who arrests the party and brings him or her to court to answer to the contempt. the cost of the arrest is a cost to be paid by the defendant.
