Out of control ex.....Help!!
My wife continues to get verbally screamed at in public by her immature ex-husband when he does not get his way, especially in matters with their daughter. He screams and swears uncontrollably and get in my wife's face. All this in public and in front of the daugher. I have just about had it and am tired of the disrespect. What rights does my wife have against these actions and what m I allowed to do because I am ready to take into my own hands. Please help!!!

Your wife has two options: she can either minimize contact with her ex by limiting the contact time when she drops off her daugter for visitation or file a restraining order against him. She also has the option of dropping off her daughter for visitation at the police station where the ex would presumably not shout.

Your wife needs to get this in front of the Court. She should not accept it.
Anything you do is likely to end up badly, because we men have something the doctors call ""Y Chromosome Disorder." In other words, we're men, and we have a tendency to act. You and your wife need to get together on this, and you need to support her.
She should a lawyer ASAP.
