Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Need help with my out of control wife!

My wife an i have been heading towards divorce for the last 6-10 months. We have 2 children, ages 4 and 18m. For the last 3 months my wife has been out drinking every night, sometimes until 5am (being pulled over 5 times, taken in twice to sober up, but never charged), does none of the daily chores around the other than watch the children the 2 days a week that she doesn't work), smokes pot every day and night, and has been having an affair..the breaking point for me...for the last 2 months that she refuses to stop. I am getting emotionally and mentally drained from the entire thing, but currently lack the necessary finances to retain a lawyer. I am the sole provider of the household, wake up with the kids every morning, prepare there home cooked dinners every night that i do not work (1-2 nights a week), and put them to bed. I am at the point where i feel my wifes continuous detremental actions arel affecting me to the point where i do not want her in the house anymore. Is there anything i can do to keep her away while she continues down this road to ruining herself and her family?

You need to file a divorce with or without the help of an attorney. You should obviously seek child custody.

I provide sliding-scale rates for people in substantial need. You can review them at my website, www.gregleelaw.com.
