court agreements

can an agrement be changed after court ok'd order?how can i find if intitled to any kind of retro-support if i acepted amount for past due claim of support,which was paid from 2004-2005.can i still ask for birt till 04?help please

Once accepted by a court, an agreement is a judgment. It cannot be retroactively amended in general. You would have to show fraud in setting of the value.

Generally speaking, the court looks to the date of filing as the date that support can start.

You would have far more success in seeking additional support now, if there has been a change in income (his or yours) sufficient to merit a modification.
