I can absolutely appreciate your financial situation, however I would definately recommend that you retain an attorney to represent you in your custody case.

If you are interested in a free consultation please feel free to contact me at 617-523-3200 or email me at [email protected]. We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on our client's income so our clients can afford legal representation, and we are willing to work out payment arrangements and retainer requirements.

You really should retain an attorney to represent you especially since your ex-wife is represented by an attorney. Good Luck.
