In the beginning me and me ex-husband had joint custody I had physical custody he had visits well my situation changed and it got reversed . Anyway he moved out of state with him and gave his mother and step father custody of our son . I am just wondering if he could do that without notifing me that he was leaving until he was practically their and was he supposed to be able to leave state with my son?

Re: custody issues

Only the Court can grant custody and/or the right to remove the child from the Commonwealth. Retain an attorney to bring the matter before the court that made the last order. Good Luck!
