custody

i have no money. if i leave my husband(who is supporting me and my 2 young children) will i still be able to get custody of my children, if i fear their saftey? even if i have no money in my name? (i am working and he will not let me save money, all of what i make goes to him because in his eyes i ''owe'' him.

Yes you will likely get custody. I suggest you contact an attorney and/or a battered wives group.
