Custody
In october i was granted full custody of my child, there was a G.A.L recomendation for this along with many others supporting me,my childs father had shown he was not able to care for her properly and had shown violence in front of them also,when the court date came up he told me he was not going it was a wast of time and he did not show,now it may and i have recived a reconsideration of judgement from him and he has a lawyer,how long do i have to respond and he was ordered to complete parenting classes,men over coming violence program and then he could have supervised visits thru mspcc and hasnt completed any of these,and states he thinks he shouldnt have to what do i do????help

The court is unlikely to allow this late-filed motion. His lawyer is spinning his wheels (though he has to, perhaps). However, it would be in your best interest to engage a good attorney to file and argue the opposition.

It is unlikely the judge will reverse his or her decision at this late date. Parenting classes are required of everyone with children who get divorced and the judge is not going to let that pass.
However, I would get an attorney to assist you in this matter. If you had an attorney before I suggest you contact him again. If not, get an attorney now.
