Custody Proceeding Procedure

Can you tell me if it is necessary to complete a Custody Proceeding Form for custody of Children who are over 18 and under 23 attending college pursuant to Trial Court Rule IV?

My spouses attorney filled one out and I am afraid it will delay the proceedings.

If it is an error, it is not likely to have any effect.
