Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
custody of unborn child
I live in Boston, MA. I having a pending cusotdy/support/visitation complaint pending against the mother of my five children, in which I am the plaintiff. She is also currently pregnant with our sixth child. The court knows that she is both a liar and an physical abuser. I had a RO issued against her out of the same court years ago. She is also mentally unstable. What advice in terms of motions or complaints would you suggest?

Re: custody of unborn child
Why are you still sleeping with this woman and why did you have a sixth child with a woman you are fighting with over custody and visitation for 5 other kids?
This is the question the court is going to ask you and you need to have an acceptable answer. If she is such a problem with your 5 children why did you have a 6th with her?
It was a momentary lapse of judgment is not going to benefit your argument.
If you do not have an attorney, I suggest you get one. I do not do custody work like this but would be happy to refer you to someone.

You do not say the scope of re RO.
You must be addicted to this woman if you can call her these, and yet stay with her. I agree with Jonathan. If you do not have an attorney, get one. If you have one, why are you not talking with your attorney about your options.
The scope of the advice depends on your circumstances, and your goals.
