Re: custody visitation

Support and Custody are two seperatwe issues and should not be linked. ie your paymnet of support is not contingentn upon granting of visitation. The issue in your case surrounds the restraining order. Apaarently the Judge believes you are a danger to your ex and/or your children to necesstitate a 209A order. If you are not a risk you must fight the battle on this issue and supply the Court evidence you are not a risk to your children I do not believe the focus of suing DSS and requesting psych exams for your ex is going to accomplish getting visitation with your children. The 209A system is harsh however most Judges will listen to weed out unsubstantiated claims
