Cyber Sex... Is it cheating by law?

I recently found emails between my spouse and someone else. They have never met in person but exchanged erotic photos, emails and sexual chat sessions. Is this considered cheating even though there was no physical contact between them?

No. There is no law that prohibits such conduct between consenting adults.
