Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
How do you get dad's girlfriend to stop calling the child names, making the child cry, huffing her breath and rolling her eyes at the child, ruining any hopes at a bond with the parent and child, interferring in co-parenting, belittling the father infront of the child, she has convince the father to cancel more then half of all the visitations, when he has visitations she refuses to let father and child to spend any alone time togther, she has him dropping the child off after 2 hours when it is suppose to be much longer, she shouts at the child to hang up on his mother if he calls, tells the child you can't see your mom if she comes to drop something off for you, she causes scenes at our home environment, the woman appears to have some issues that are affecting the parent/child relationship and appears to be very insecure and almost jelous of the child. He use to spend about 80 hours a month with him now he spends about 12 hours a month and that is tops. Now those 12 hours are dewindling down. Is it unreasonable to modify the court so that the girlfriend can not be present during visitations? So that the father can build a bond with the child. Has anyone seen this before? What is wrong with this woman??????

You can file a complaint for contempt to the extent that this is directly or indirectly encompassed in any court order. If not you need to bring this to the attention of the court. How depends on the nature of the proceedings.
