Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My daughter lived with me for almost 4 yrs. She has 2 children witch I take care of 85% of the time. Recently I had to put her out and now she doesn't let me see or talk to them. Do I have any visitation rights?

You can file for grandparents rights but it very difficult case to win. Your best solution is to try and make some sort of pierce with her or the father and get visits through them. You can take it to court but your relationship will most likely never get fixed if you do that.
