need help? my daughter lives in colorado springs married into militarry, just got seperated from her husban wants to come home he won't let her they have a 1 year old little boy. He is making her life a living hell he has a car and a motorcycle but will not let her have the car, if she does not transportation she will loose her job and be homeless please help me ?

Get your daughter an attorney in Colo and have him get a temporary support order and use of the vehicle.

Likewise, she can request the courts permission to move to Massachusetts once the divorce is final with her son. Some arrangement for the father to visit with the son will have to be arranged.
