my daughter passport
I want my 10 month daughter to travel to africa with mother.I have sole regal custody of her.,but the father has visitation rights and pays child support.Is it possible for me to apply passport and travel wihtout the father being involved or consent?Ty

You should bring this issue to the court to get permission and to set the parameters. Otherwise, you will be in contempt for the interference with visitation, and may find a judge less than happy with you.
An ounce of prevention (and being straight with the court) is worth a pound of cure.
